Job Description

A typical day would involve:

  • Supporting end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination

  • Scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Assisting with candidate experience initiatives and responding to candidate inquiries

  • Maintaining recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reporting data

  • Supporting employer branding, campus recruitment, and early‑talent initiatives

  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers on hiring projects and process improvements
