Talent Acquisition IT Recruiter

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.This is an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition IT Recruiter. Our TA team supports Marsh McLennan’s LAC businesses and is part of a global Team of recruiting professionals. This position will play a key role in building our talent pipeline and talent capabilities for our IT Hub based in Mexico. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to drive the full life-cycle recruiting process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Operating across diverse roles within the IT Hub Team, you will be a key player in our hiring strategy.
