Job Summary
This role leads the Talent Acquisition function at MTS. Focus achieving MTS Manpower Annual Plan through recruiting technical and non-technical roles. Builds talent pipelines for critical roles, optimizes systems, drives metrics, ensures a high-quality candidate experience, and manages a growing team of TA Specialists.
Responsibilities:

+ Define and execute a proactive recruitment strategy aligned with company growth and workforce planning.

+ Achieve MTS Manpower Annual Plan with collaboration of department heads and develop scalable talent acquisition plans.

+ Manage, coach, and develop a team of TA professionals across all levels.

+ Set clear objectives, provide continuous feedback, and promote a collaborative and learning-driven team culture.
