You will drive recruitment strategies to fill vacancies timely and manage the employer branding program targeting early career talent. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an MNC environment. Proficiency in Mandarin and experience in managing university career fairs will be advantageous.
