What you’ll do.
- Manage recruitment across consulting and head office roles, from entry-level hiring through to senior leadership searches
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand what they need, provide market insights, and help shape hiring plans
- Lead sourcing for senior and hard-to-fill roles through headhunting, networking, market mapping, and pipeline building
- Conduct interviews across all levels and provide thoughtful feedback and recommendations to hiring teams
- Build strong relationships with candidates and create a positive experience throughout the hiring process, from first conversation through onboarding
- Use recruitment data and market trends to improve processes and support hiring decisions
