About the role:  

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key role in leading timely and effective recruitment across the organisation. Supported by a well established and highly regarded Talent Acquisition Team who support end to end recruitment, the role leads the development and implementation of key recruitment, attraction and retention strategies to address critical skills shortage areas and strategic priorities for the network.
 Duties for the role will include:  
Provide expert recruitment advice for attracting new employees as part of infrastructure projects and to maintain current workforce.
