We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and people‑focused Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to support the success of our domestic and international recruitment initiatives.

Reporting to the Team Leader, Clinical Recruitment, your primary focus will be candidate coordination and ensuring a seamless recruitment journey from first contact through successful relocation and settlement.

Key Responsibilities – Candidate Coordination & Recruitment Support

• Coordinate end‑to‑end candidate communication throughout the recruitment, relocation and settlement journey, ensuring timely follow‑up, clear guidance and a positive candidate experience.
