What You Will Do
As a Talent Acquisition Partner within the China TA COE team, you will play a critical role in supporting business growth by delivering end-to-end hiring across all levels within the region. 
You will partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to drive effective and high-quality recruitment outcomes, ensuring strong execution, operational excellence, and alignment with business priorities. 
How You Will Do It 
Recruiting & Stakeholder Partnership 
Serve as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and business leaders, driving hiring strategies and execution across all levels of roles within the region. 
Independently manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
