Talent Acquisition Partner

You’ll be at the centre of a fast-moving, people-first organisation with around 1,000 employees, partnering closely with leaders to attract, assess, and secure the right talent across diverse roles.
Requirements
3–5 years’ experience in in‑house recruitment or agency recruitment (high‑volume exposure essential)
Proven ability to recruit across multiple roles and departments simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A structured, organised approach — you’re calm under pressure
Passion for people, culture, and building great teams
Experience using ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
