About the Role The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping Rathbones’ talent pipeline. This role focuses on high‑quality direct sourcing, building diverse candidate pools, and elevating the candidate experience at every stage. As well as developing long‑term talent pipelines, you will also be responsible for hiring roles with immediate business needs and time‑critical dependencies, ensuring the organisation can respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities. You will use strong market knowledge and innovative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent aligned to Rathbones’ culture, values, and future workforce needs.
