As a Talent Acquisition Partner – Talent Intelligence & Pipelines, you will play a strategic role in building proactive talent pipelines and delivering market insights that enable smarter, faster hiring. You will work closely with leaders to help FLSmidth move from reactive recruiting to future‑ready talent planning.

You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, partnering with HR and business leaders to build sustainable, proactive talent pipelines for critical roles.
