In this role, you will act as a Center of Expertise (COE) within the Group HR function, responsible for the design, governance, and continuous optimization of talent acquisition frameworks across the MENA region. You will ensure alignment with global standards while enabling regional teams to enhance hiring capabilities, improve efficiency, and address complex recruitment challenges.
Role & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Framework & COE Management
- Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment frameworks, policies, and tools
- Localize global recruitment standards to align with MENA labor markets and regulations
- Develop workforce planning strategies and resource allocation plans
