Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while supporting learning and development initiatives. The role focuses on sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent, as well as identifying training needs and supporting HR functions. 
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to onboarding and clearance processing 
Source, screen, and assess candidates for various roles 
Coordinate interviews and manage hiring timelines  
Conduct training needs analysis and support learning initiatives 
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases 
Support HR administrative tasks and documentation
