Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition professional to help us attract, hire, and retain top talent who align with our values and ambitions. This individual contributor role is 80% talent acquisition and 20% HR & Culture, with the potential to transition to more HR & Culture over time for the right person.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles and other positions, from refining job descriptions to final candidate recommendations.
  • Proactively source and engage experienced developers through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, community and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate technical capabilities and cultural fit.
  • Partner with leadership and developers to understand team needs and ensure hiring aligns with business goals.
