Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

  • Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Review applications to pre-screen candidates and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates.
  • Identify and recruit high-potential candidates whose skills, culture, motivation, and ambition align with our company's needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely feedback.
  • Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms. 
  • Assist and coordinate the end-to-end campus hiring process.
  • Maintain data integrity within our application tracking system (Greenhouse). 

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA in HR preferred).
