Job summary:


This position is responsible for managing the recruitment process for leadership positions , including sourcing, screening, and endorsing candidates while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance . It also handles applicant communication, prepares job offer letters , and facilitates the offboarding process .


Sourcing and Screening

  • Source and screen candidates for leadership positions and schedule them for on-site or online assessments to identify suitable talent for job openings.
  • Conduct job interviews for leadership positions to assess person-position fit.
  • Create and post recruitment advertisements on different social media platforms to optimize the company reach and gather more qualified applicants as needed.
