Profile Requirements

  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to contract signing.
  • Account & Client Management: Ability to handle client relationships and align recruitment strategies with client needs.
  • High Volume Recruitment: Comfortable handling multiple job orders simultaneously across various roles.
  • Market Experience: Prior experience working with Australian (AU), American (US) clients, or hiring local Philippine talent.
  • Industry Exposure: Preferably has recruited for Digital Media, Finance, Customer Service, and Administrative roles.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to professionally engage with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
  • Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Efficiently manage processes, prioritize tasks, and resolve recruitment challenges.
