Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our team at HUB Customer Central (HCC) in Windsor, ON. The role offers in‑office, hybrid, or fully remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for specialized and technical positions at individual contributor and management levels.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies, including online job boards, direct sourcing, referrals, and hiring events.
• Build and maintain a continuously updated pipeline of diverse candidates.
• Assist in designing behavioral interview tools and coaching hiring teams.
• Leverage recruiting technology and recommend new tools to enhance efficiency.
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize diversity and inclusion in hiring.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information and support a matrix organization’s dynamics.
