YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Posting job advertisements on major recruiting platforms

  • Screening CVs and conducting initial screening interviews

  • Supporting communication with department managers to understand hiring needs

  • Managing and organizing HR documentation and records

  • Supporting HR projects, particularly in training and talent development initiatives
