Support the team in valuation and advisory mandates for Swiss and foreign real estate investors and financial institutions with large real estate portfolios. Work independently or with a team of experts to develop a sound basis for decision‑making.
- Real estate valuations, using the discounted cash flow method and other methods.
- Economic analyses of properties and construction projects.
- Utilisation concepts and profitability calculations.
- Sustainability assessment of properties.
- Property analyses and strategic consulting.
Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor, Master, PhD) in Architecture, (Environmental) Engineering, Economics with a focus on real estate—or related fields of study.
