Position Summary

The Talent Development Manager will lead the design, execution, and evolution of our learning and development strategy, partnering closely with the VP, People & Culture to build organizational capability and leadership strength. This role oversees a small team of Talent Development Specialists and is responsible for delivering high-impact learning programs that align with business priorities.

As a hands‑on leader, you will play a critical role in shaping our leadership development approach, including the design and launch of a comprehensive Leadership Training program. You will also collaborate closely with the Change Management function to ensure employees are effectively equipped to navigate organizational transformations.

This role is well‑suited for an experienced talent development professional ready to take on broader ownership, combining strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
