The Talent Management Capabilities SME is responsible for supporting and optimizing global Talent processes and solutions—including recruiting, performance management, onboarding, talent reviews, succession planning, and learning—by leveraging innovative technology, analytics, and efficient business services. This role partners closely with Accenture and GBS in a “Two in a Box” model to ensure seamless annual cycle management, high-quality service delivery, and continuous process improvement. The position oversees help desk operations, manages escalations, maintains governance controls, and drives automation, all while embodying O-I’s Blueprint Behaviors and reporting to the Global HR Process Owner. Technology product ownership will include SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors: Performance & Goals, Learning, Career and Talent Development modules, and Enboarder.
