Our client is seeking Talent Management Manager that will design, implement, and oversee programs that attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent, with a focus on succession planning, leadership development, performance management, career pathing, and employee engagement.

This role is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, with a full onsite work arrangement.

Key responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Planning: Implementing talent management strategies, identifying talent gaps, leading succession planning, developing high-potential employees, co-creating leadership acceleration programs, and tracking Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
