This role partners with HR Business Partners, regional leaders, and global COEs to drive consistent, high‑quality talent management and succession planning processes, talent assessments, and capability insights. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Management and Development, the role delivers global frameworks, analytics, and thought leadership that strengthen leadership bench strength and support long‑term workforce planning.
