Accountivity is hiring! Job Title: Talent Manager Location: Vaughan, ON Job Type: Permanent Salary: $45,000-$55,000/year Work Model: Hybrid We are looking for a Talent Manager to join our team! 
Position Description Identifying talent through recruitment sources, screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and career guidance & consulting. 
The successful candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple job requirements for multiple clients, and the skills necessary to identify the ideal candidate for each job opportunity. 
Subject to business needs, may be required to identify new business opportunities using various sales strategies (emails, calls etc.) 
Other responsibilities include creating job postings, screen & interview candidates, short list candidates, networking, and head hunting.
