Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end relationships with hiring agencies and recruiting contractors, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain capacity plans that map hiring demand to recruiter and agency supply to prevent bottlenecks.
- Program manage surge hiring initiatives by coordinating between internal recruiters and external partners.
- Design lightweight, durable SOPs for engaging and managing external recruiting partners at scale.
- Track and report on agency performance, cost-per-hire, and fill rates to drive data-driven capacity decisions.
- Transition into broader Talent Ops work, including workflow automation, tooling, and recruiter enablement.
- Proven experience managing recruiting vendors, staffing agencies, or contractor workforces.
- Strong program management instincts with the ability to run multiple workstreams simultaneously.
