In our company we build chip lithography technology that will enable the next 100 years of chip manufacturing. Founded in 2023, we’re based in Bergen (Norway) and Barcelona (Spain), and backed by some of the world’s most ambitious investors.
About the Role
We’re entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a Talent Partner who wants to do more than fill roles. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent while helping build the foundations of a scalable talent & people function. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys recruiting today and is excited by the possibility of expanding into talent strategy, employer branding, workforce planning, onboarding, and/or broader people initiatives as we grow.
