Monthly Salary: $4000 + Performance Bonus

Location: United Square/Toa Payoh

Working Hours: Mon – Fri; 9am – 6.30pm

• Liaise actively with various recruitment channels, including agencies, to identify and recruit suitable candidates.
• Maintain healthy recruitment pipelines by working closely with relevant stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct effective sales training for new hires covering compliance and product-related content on a monthly basis.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions for existing salespersons to improve sales performance.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of monthly recruitment reports and other ad‑hoc reports.
