What You'll Do

• Identify and attract top talents in SG through various sourcing strategies
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews for potential candidates
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress
• Collaborate with consultants to understand our SG clients' recruitment needs
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources
• Any Bachelor's Degree
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
• Strong interest in sales environment (Performance rewards available)
