This role focuses on proactive sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and pipeline generation to support high-volume and niche hiring requirements within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for technical and business support roles.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
