Key responsibilities include managing processes, reviewing specifications, and liaising with clients to maintain high standards.

• Ensure compliance with metallurgical processes
• Oversee product testing and rework requirements
• Collaborate with operations for material movement
• Assist in new product introduction and approval
• Manage customer technical relationships and queries
