Responsibilities

  • Activation, changes and deactivation of employee profiles in travel and expense tool,
  • Authorizing the issuing of corporate credit cards,
  • Administration of corporate credit cards including suspension and cancellation,
  • Downloading, verification and distribution of received corporate card statements,
  • Monitoring of payments for corporate card statements,
  • Providing ADM employees with training on the travel reservation and expense submission process,
  • Assistance with applying for a corporate credit card, booking a trip and settling business expenses in accordance with the company's policy,
  • Keeping business relations with travel providers,
  • Preparation of reports for the needs of the T&E team, ADM locations and Audit department,
  • Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process,
