Operational

  1. Develop product roadmap strategy through market research, customer and industry insights, competition benchmarking and Region guidance.
  2. Execute product roadmap strategy -through collaboration with R&D, Technical, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
  3. Lead forecast accuracy target achievement -through collaboration with Sales, Operations, Procurement and other involved teams
  4. Manage assigned Leads from qualification to endorsement to Sales.
  5. Create product content and literature (printed and digital tools and assets) for Sales and Marketing purposes -through collaboration with Creatives.
  6. Train and develop Sales and Marketing personnel’s product knowledge, so they become extension of TM on the field.

Financial

  1. Achieve TM’s target sales and material margin
  2. Manage inventory and write-offs

Administrative

  1. Support cyclical price setting actions
