Responsibilities
- Lead daily tasting room operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and POS management.
- Deliver warm, engaging, and knowledgeable guest experiences that reflect the brand and its story.
- Train, coach, and motivate a small team to provide consistent, high-quality service.
- Drive sales through elevated hospitality, upselling, merchandising, promotions, and product knowledge.
- Build relationships with local businesses, tourism partners, retailers, resellers, and event organizers.
- Support product launches, seasonal offerings, ticketed events, promotions, and in-store activations.
- Assist with local and regional delivery coordination, retail relationships, and broader sales growth initiatives.
