NVR, Inc. is seeking an on-site Tax Manager in Reston, VA.
Our Tax team plays a key role in maintaining compliance and supporting critical financial initiatives. At NVR, you will join a collaborative, detail‑driven group that values accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Summary:
The Tax Manager is responsible for income tax provision and accounting, as well as compliance and reporting for both income and non‑income taxes, including Sales & Use tax, Personal Property tax, Business Licenses, Annual Reports, and Federal and State income tax filings. The role also supports audits, tax planning, and process improvement efforts aimed at reducing risk and cost.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Manage domestic income, franchise, and gross receipts tax compliance, including federal, state, and local returns; quarterly estimated payments; annual extension payments; and monthly account reconciliations.
