Overview
Teva Canada is looking for a Tax Manager who thrives in an energetic, fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of our Canadian corporate tax function.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Canadian corporate tax compliance for all Teva Canada legal entities.
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions (current & deferred).
- Support global consolidation and ensure alignment with US GAAP and global reporting standards.
- Lead and coordinate corporate tax audits.
- Engage with CRA and other tax authorities.
- Manage information requests and resolve audit matters efficiently.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, and other internal teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Work with external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
