astute, technically accomplished and ambitious with exceptional
drafting, communication and client management skills.

This role
will be working closely with who is a Sydney-based Tax partner whose practice
focuses on complex international and Australian corporate and
finance tax advisory and transactional matters.

This is a
compelling opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel
who is looking to further a first-rate practice, work with a
sophisticated client base, and assume a key role on complex
transactional, structuring and advisory mandates across corporate,
