Overview

Tax Specialist role at Zurich Insurance .

Under guidance, performs routine tax transactional tasks and resolves a range of straightforward problems in the area of tax accounting, reporting, planning, audits, research and/or compliance to ensure actions are completed to appropriate service levels or defined procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares tax returns and supporting workpapers, estimated tax payments and various other tax compliance.
  • Assists in preparing monthly tax provisions, transfer pricing documentation, SST bi-monthly returns.
  • Supports company tax audits, responses to tax notices, and timely resolution of other tax controversy matters.
  • Performs basic technical research to address tax issues, including planning opportunities.
