Teaching Assistant – Secondary Autism School (Burgess Hill Area)
We are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary school supporting young people with autism, located just outside of Burgess Hill. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a supportive setting where you can make a genuine difference to students’ learning, confidence and development.
The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to start ASAP , with temp to perm opportunities available for the right candidate. They are keen to welcome someone into the team quickly so they can settle into the role and become an important part of the school community.
You will be working within the classroom, supporting students with autism to access learning, build independence and thrive in a structured and nurturing environment.
