Teaching Assistant - Secondary School

Salary: £80 - £110 - per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday 08:30am - 15:30 pm)

Empowering Learning is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Teaching Assistant to support students and groups in lessons. Some students may have Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism, ADHD, PDA, and Dyslexia.
This role is based in a welcoming and inclusive secondary school located in Birmingham, offering a supportive team environment and a strong focus on individual student development. You'll work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and external agencies to provide targeted support and help the student thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
