As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of classroom life. You’ll work closely with teachers to support learning, reinforce understanding, and help students make progress, whether that’s through targeted support, additional explanations, differentiated materials, or careful observation and feedback.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Supporting classroom teaching by working with individuals and small groups to consolidate learning and build skills.

Providing targeted interventions for pupils who need extra help—ensuring support is purposeful, well-planned and measurable.
