We’re working closely with a friendly SEND school in Enfield that’s on the lookout for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant. This is a setting that understands behaviour is communication, values consistency, and knows how important great support staff are to pupils’ progress.
What your day could include:
Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, helping them feel safe, calm, and ready to learn
Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and wider support teams to keep routines consistent
Supporting pupils with communication, regulation, and social development
Celebrating the small wins, because they matter more than you think
