1:1 Teaching Assistant Are you a resilient, relationship-driven individual with a passion for supporting young people with SEMH and trauma needs? We’re working in partnership with an alternative provision to recruit a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with SEMH and trauma-related needs. This is a full-time, long-term role for someone confident in building strong relationships and providing consistent, nurturing support. The right candidate will play a vital role in helping the young person access learning, regulate emotions, and engage in positive experiences throughout the school day.
