About the Role
Ysgol Cae'r Gwenyn is a Special School for children aged 3-7. We are looking to recruit 2 x Teaching Assistants Level 2.
Responsibilities
- Passionate about working with young children, supporting their development and early communication skills.
- Promotes high levels of wellbeing and positive behaviour with all children.
- Has a good understanding of how to engage and connect with young children through play.
- Can work under the guidance of the class teacher and show initiative.
- Will help to deliver programmes to support literacy and numeracy.
- Will support the development and maintenance of areas of continuous provision.
- Has good communication skills with both children and adults.
- Will work alongside children with ALN and support their IDP and small steps targets.
- Will work well as part of a large team.
