Role Overview

The working hours for this role are expected to be 32 hours and 25 minutes per week, 08:40 – 15:15 Monday to Friday with weekly RB meeting – 2 hours per week (after school to be decided next academic year). The start date for this role is 01 September 2026.

Bellefield C of E Primary & Nursery School is seeking a committed and highly motivated Resource Base Teaching Assistant. In this role you will support the class teacher in delivering a differentiated curriculum within the newly established resource base, ensuring all pupils can access learning effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working flexibly across different classes, providing consistent support while adapting to a range of learning environments and pupil needs.
