We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant / Pastoral Mentor to join a specialist education setting supporting students with SEMH and additional learning needs in Thrapston.
This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about supporting young people both academically and emotionally. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to help students engage with learning, manage barriers to education, and develop positive behaviours and social skills.
