Lead and inspire our Summer FC Coaching Team as a Team Lead and Grassroots Soccer Coach! Engage young players aged 3-8 in exciting sessions that build their passion for soccer this summer.
As a Team Lead, you’ll oversee coaching schedules and enhance program quality while directly coaching younger players. Deliver tailored sessions focusing on skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship—a role ideal for experienced coaches looking to make a difference. This part-time and seasonal position runs from July to August.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspire coaches and players through mentorship
• Schedule and manage coaching shifts efficiently
• Deliver focused skill sessions to children
