The role requires strong stakeholder management, acting as the first point of escalation, maintaining operational discipline across shifts, and ensuring consistent SLA and KPI performance. You will enable clear communication across the team, monitor service performance, support issue resolution through cross‑functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen overall operational effectiveness.
