Team Lead - Private Banking (RT)

The Team Lead – Private Banking is a senior leadership position within the Private Banking division. The role focuses on growing and managing high-net-worth client portfolios, with a particular emphasis on clients from Taiwan and the Greater China region. Reporting directly to the Head of Private Banking, the incumbent will oversee the delivery of tailored wealth solutions, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational standards.

This role requires a proactive, results-driven leader with extensive knowledge of private banking products, strong relationship management capabilities, and the ability to mentor a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing Taiwanese and Greater China client portfolios, along with proven success in business development, team leadership, and strategic collaboration.
