Team Lead – Compliance Operations
Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the Compliance Operations team.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Checkout.com’s operating principles (Talk Straight, One Team, Fundamentally Positive), establishing a high‑trust, high‑performance culture from day one.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting clear goals and expectations for team members.
- Track and analyze team performance metrics to ensure compliance with established standards and objectives and be responsible and accountable for driving the team’s performance.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly team performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
